The Compliant Interoperability project for multi-tier data sharing had a focus on roadmapping and planning for future enhancements to ensure the long-term success and evolution of the product. The goal was to create a clear, strategic vision for the product's development over time, while identifying and prioritizing future features and improvements that would drive user satisfaction, meet emerging market needs, and align with business goals.
The process began with an in-depth review of the current product, gathering feedback from stakeholders, users, and team members to understand the product’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This phase involved thorough analysis of user feedback, usage data, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth. The team also held workshops and brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams, to gather insights and align on long-term objectives for the product.
Once the existing state of the product and its market position were clearly understood, the team moved to the roadmapping phase.
